Multilingual Parenting in Practice: Tools That Work This workshop gives you the insights and ideas you need to map out a practical toolkit for your family's multilingual life. This workshop is for you if you want to: • Understand how brains learn language(s) and what typical bilingual development looks like. •Build a sustainable family language plan for who speaks which language to the children and when, tailored to your family context and routines. •Collect no-prep speech games and sound play ideas that fit into your daily routine and boost bilingual language development. •Overcome common bilingual parenting hurdles, like language mixing, passive bilingualism, or conflicting advice. •Share real-world experiences and take home specific tips for your multilingual family set-up.
